1. About the Platform

Eight Market Days is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers in Nigeria. While we enable communication through audio and video calls, we are not a payment platform for product transactions. All payments made on our platform are strictly for communication services.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid Nigerian phone number and email
• Agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

3. Services Offered

Our platform allows users to:

• View seller listings
• Initiate paid audio or video calls to sellers
• Discuss product or service offerings directly

Buyers and sellers are responsible for any agreements made outside of the platform. We do not mediate or handle payments for goods or services.

4. Communication Charges

Users are charged for initiating or participating in calls on the platform. Rates are available on the platform and subject to change.

You agree to:

• Pay applicable call fees before initiating a call
• Use calls only for lawful communication

We do not issue refunds for completed calls except in the case of verified technical faults.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to defraud or scam other users
• Misrepresent your identity or products
• Share false or misleading information
• Engage in harassment, threats, or hate speech
• Record or distribute calls without consent (subject to Nigerian law)

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Eight Market Days is not liable for the quality, pricing, or delivery of products discussed on the platform
• Does not guarantee the conduct or accuracy of any user’s claims
• Will not be held responsible for losses or damages arising from user transactions

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and platform features are owned by Eight Market Days and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Misuse the platform
• Engage in unlawful activity

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
